Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for an experienced cold caller to generate leads for our real estate company.

Responsibilities:
-Outbound calls to homeowners looking for interested sellers
-Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads
-Handle objections efficiently
-Properly disposition calls on our system (Xencall)

Qualifications:
-Confident to start and hold a conversation in English
-Able to handle objections effectively
-Ability to handle rejection
-Ability to follow instructions, and adherent to processes and policies
-Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-1-2 years of overall work experience, preferably in customer service (real estate is a plus!)

Work requirements:
-30 hours per week
-Tuesday - Saturday
-Must be willing to work nights, 10 AM - 4 PM California time (PST)
-Salary: $3.00USD/hour (depending on experience)
-Monthly performance bonus and paid training

System/equipment requirements:
-Reliable computer or laptop
-Hardwired / reliable internet connection
-Backup workstation (preferred)
-USB noise-canceling headset
-Preferably have experience with Xencall dialer service
