iOS native app developer

We currently have a fully designed native iOS fitness app which is ready to enter the development phase. We are looking for someone to join our team who is highly experienced and qualified at iOS app development. We need someone who can do both front end and backend development. This job is not a single project-based job, we plan on keeping our developer working with us full time after our app launches. Additionally, we currently have another app in the works which will require updates and bug fixes after we launch it, as well as for the fitness app mentioned above. The job will be to work on any and all of our app development needs as a full time job. We require someone who is not only fluent in programming but in English as well, time is money and both of our apps will have subscriptions, therefore we must provide a top quality fully functioning app to our users. Proper communication abilities and skills help us deliver at a pace our users deserve. We will require examples of your prior work. Finally, please mention any design skills as they are also a key to the job.
