We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a Secondary Technical Support person and a Project Manager for our team.

We want you to be an experienced, fast learner, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and technical communication skills, with excellent written/spoken English.

This job will require amazing, polite written English skills - you must be able to reply to emails accurately and with great grammar, spelling, and correct solutions.

You must THINK, find the solution yourself to the customer’s problem accurately, and then provide the solution to the customer. You MUST solve all the customer’s problems and earn their trust and satisfaction.

Most of the email responses are pre-written, so most of the time, it will be a few clicks of the buttons.
However, you will need to address and edit texts to make an email reply personalized with the correct solution to the customer.

So your main job responsibilities are:
(1) Reply to customer emails
(2) Reply to Chat/Text Messages
(3) Answer phone calls and help customers with their issues or set up the problem.
(4) PROJECT MANAGER: Where you will talk to our team and make sure our designs, photos, user manual, website, videos, writing content, etc., are going great. You will need to research and provide revisions and motivation to our team and get works done based on the training.

Skills Required:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent English Writing Skills
- Previous Technical Support Preferred.
- PC with Internet, headphones, and microphone, internet speed at least 10 Mbps.
- Ability to solve technical problems related to car cameras (We will provide training)
- Must learn and understand how electronics, computer hardware, and software works. We need to think outside of the box and solve all arising problems related to our car dash cam product.

Timing: 40-Hours/Week, 8-Hours/Day
Monday – Friday
Weekend – Sat & Sunday part-time or full day.
Pay: Bi-weekly/Monthly (preferred)
