Recruitment Assistant

We are a company that provides care for customers in their own homes in the Calderdale and Bradford area of UK. We are looking for someone to help us recruit carers. The person we are seeking will be required to contact applicants (as soon as possible but no later that 24 hours of application being made) that have applied for work as carers through Indeed and similar. Through telephone contact do an initial screening and interview and book those that are suitable for training. There is also some administration required. No previous experience is required and we will provide full training that you will be paid for. However, we would like someone with very good English, an extremely friendly manner and exceptional interpersonal skills. The hours of work are likely to be between 3 PM and 8 PM weekdays (UK time) and 10 hours at the weekend to be agreed.
