Our company (currently with 8 full time team members) is expanding once again.

This open position is for a full-time Project Manager.

Working with our management team, you’ll be using Asana & Slack to move projects from being “just an idea” to a fully formed project with tasks assigned and milestones Upgrade to see actual info addition, you’ll be responsible for reporting on the current status of projects and running team calls to celebrate wins and solve any blocks.

You’ll need to keep up on the latest options available in tools like Asana and Slack so the team can get more done in less time (and with less stress).

You’ll be responsible for working with individual team members to help make sure they have what they need to complete the right task, at the right time.

While we do offer training, you are required to have successful experience as a project manager.

Think about the work experience you have. Have you already...

Had to build a complete project by yourself after being given minimal direction?

Worked with a team of top-notch professionals who are always moving things forward?

Worked with managers who assigned tasks, but didn’t give good descriptions for those tasks?
(Which, of course, forced you to follow-up with those managers to get the details needed so other team members could get the job done.)

Had to adjust timelines based on unforeseen blocks but still managed to get projects completed in a timely manner?

Some questions you may have...

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour work week (we use TimeDoctor to track time and this isn’t negotiable.)

Do I have to work certain hours?
You do have flexibility and control over your schedule.

However, there are daily team calls that you’ll need to be a part Upgrade to see actual info addition, you may have to jump on a call with other team members to discuss a particular task or project.

We are an international team, so we make sure everyone is available during a certain time period.

For those based in the Philippines, you must be available for calls between 8PM and 12AM PHT.

Of course, there are times when a particular project needs attention and we will ask you to adjust your hours to accommodate. Fortunately, we are very organized so those times are rare.

What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 40,000 PHP/month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you have experience that requires more, please let us know.

Do you honor 13th Month?
Yes we do.

Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes. We currently have 4 full-time Filipinos on our team. The majority of which have been a part of the team for years.

How will you communicate with me?
We use Slack, Zoom, and Asana. We do offer training in these tools if you are not familiar with Upgrade to see actual infon I work for others?
No. We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us.
