Full Stack Wordpress Web Developer

Looking for a full-time full stack web developer who can work from home helping to bring an idea to life. Hours are flexible (40/week) as long as you are willing to overlap a couple hours with the beginning or end of the workday PST.

Currently I have a freelancer who has created the foundation for a website on Wordpress. Now I need a person who can come on full time to jump in, improve what was created and help manage the site.

You will need to be able to look at and figure out how the site functions on both the front and backend. You will need to know how to fix problems on the server and within Wordpress as they arise. If problems come up that involve any of the plugins or the payment processor coding you must be willing to communicate with the people necessary in order to debug and fix it, if needed.

The site (Upgrade to see actual info) is a two-sided marketplace for connecting people in order to allow them to share items that they own with one another. I believe that if people want, they should be able to share with one another on a day to day basis instead of living life as if by themselves, having to buy every single item they use. When you apply please demonstrate that you understand the purpose of the site by giving an example of what a user could do on the site.

Pay will start at PHP 30000 a month. This pay can easily be improved as the site grows, starts generating revenue, and your skills within the company are improved.

You must have:
Strong knowledge of website and server coding
Strong knowledge of Wordpress
Willingness to problem solve with other people
A computer with a high-speed internet connection
A basic ability to communicate in English both written and spoken
Willingness to continually learn
