Virtual Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW
Looking to hire an amazing virtual assistant for a long term position in our new E-commerce business. We need someone who can be completely dedicated to ensuring our customers receive a high level of customer service, maintain a high level of care for our business and go the extra mile to ensure customers buying from us are always well looked after.

Your daily duties will involve:
• Processing product orders
• Product fulfilment
• Customer service emails
• Update excel spreadsheets
• General administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
• All candidates must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience
• Office administration experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Propper email etiquette
• Not afraid to ask questions or for clarifications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:
• Excel
• Aliexpress
• Facebook
• Trello

WAGE/SALARY
Php 20,000/month (USD$400) based on 40 hours work per week.

TIME COMMITMENT:
We are looking for someone to work 8 hours each day, 5 days a week. We are based in Australia and have the same time zone as the Philippines.
