Position: Customer Happiness Specialist
Our Customer Happiness Specialists are the first point of contact for our amazing customers. They help our customers with all types of inquiries, and because our #1 company Core Value is "Surprise and delight customers by consistently over-delivering," it's one of THE most important jobs at The Hero Co!
As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you'll be assisting customers with placing new orders, returning products, refunds, and subscriptions. And as it’s now 2020 and we are a dot com, you will not just interact with customers on the phone but also via
Your Responsibilities
*Answer incoming customer service or product inquiry calls.
*Place outgoing calls to follow up on questions received through
*Help customers place product orders and adjust subscriptions.
*Assist customers with shipping inquiries, returns, and refunds.
* Answer questions/comments on
*Provide above and beyond - WOW - service, while helping customers with their needs.
*Check social media sites and respond to feedback, reviews, or comments.
The Ideal Candidate Has
*A passion for being healthy, is practicing a healthy lifestyle, and likes helping others to be healthy too.
*A pleasant and professional-sounding voice.
*A high level of Technical and Internet navigation skills.
*Strong customer service skills.
*Inbound call center experience.
*Knowledge and/or experience in natural health. Weight loss, medical, nutrition or fitness background preferred.
*Consultative sales experience.
*Leadership experience preferred

Schedule & Pay Details
This is a 45 hr/week, work from home, contract position.
Entry level pay is $3.80 USD/hr - 45 hours per week = approx $171 USD / week
Shifts Available
Graveyard shifts 5 days per week
You must have a quiet-distraction free workplace, high-speed reliable internet with backup, desktop/laptop with 4gb+ Windows 10 or newer, and a mic/headset.
