As a Dilate Facebook Campaign Manager, you will be assessed against the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated performance & branding marketing campaigns.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of Facebook marketing campaigns.
Work within a budget and report any overspend.
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within Facebook marketing campaigns.
Work with designers for Advert conceptualization.
Ensure that the client’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
De
liver regular reports of campaign results, including dashboard analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
De
velop, execute and measure any other media & advertising as needed.
Manage & Optimise Client Ad Account Pixels / Audience Lists.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Achieve at least 90% budget targets for Facebook Ad Accounts (15-30 Accounts)
Achieve at least 90% performance targets for Facebook Ad Accounts. (15-30 Accounts)
Achieve at least 90% branding targets for Facebook Ad Accounts. Accounts (15-30 Accounts)

Previous experience:
2-4+ years of relevant online marketing experience with a strong focus on SEM and developing marketing campaigns.
Experience in remarketing
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
Ability to build effective relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation
Adaptable and flexible in approach, can read situations and empathise as needed
Paid Social (Facebook/Twitter) & Youtube experience
Analytical with an eye for insights
Agency experience would be ideal
Impeccable eye for detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as a team
Strong written & verbal communications skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Professional marketing qualifications.
