Expert Web Developer in PHP/Javascript from scratch

We are a successful small British software company.
Looking for a remote working experienced developer, working as self employed/service provider.
We are not an agency, you will not work on random client projects, you will not have weird client demands. We work on our own important Upgrade to see actual infostead of being stuck in an office with little space and having to commute for hours to get there, isn't better to work at home?
Looking for a few *real* programmers who can think graphically/visually not just stuck in SQL :D

Main requirements:

* Excellent written & spoken English.
* A related university degree is useful, but if you are great at programming already, then no need!
* Proven experience with HTML, CSS & JavaScript and responsive design.
* Proven experience with PHP.
* Good with JQUERY.
* Proven experience, on Github, Stackoverflow, somewhere.
* Being a programmer, thinking like a programmer, loving programming; methodical, attention to detail.
* Some experience with graphical programming like PHP (GD) or Javascript (Canvas) graphics.
* Suitable quiet room in your home for working alone with desk, comfy chair and fast internet.
* Due to time difference with UK, suits a person who likes waking up late.

Nice but optional:

* Good with Photoshop
