A progressive design firm specialising in retail and hospitality interiors requires the services of an exceptional Interior Designer / Building Designer / Architect with a minimum of 4 years' working on interior and architectural design and documentation. Specific experience working on the design and documentation of fashion retail, eateries and small commercial builds is highly Upgrade to see actual info your role you will be required to document retail and hospitality interiors and custom joinery for a broad array of projects from small one of cafes, boutique brands through to large scale national retailers. There is also scope to work on small to medium scale commercial and domestic building documentation.
Proven experience working with Revit for technical interior documentation is essential. Additionally using Autocad for technical drawings, SketchUp for Concept Design and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and presentations is desirable.
You will be required to be self-reliant and you will need to be able to work autonomously. You will be responsible for planning and managing your own work and you will need to be able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without assistance. You will have a keen eye for detail and be competent in thoroughly checking and correcting your own work.
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal are essential as you will need to be able to clearly discuss work via Skype and notate drawings competently.
