JOB OVERVIEW

Victory Capital is seeking an full time long term Underwriter willing to train to work with the team on various daily tasks and projects in all aspects of the business. We need a candidate that is detail orientated so please read the job description and respond according to the instructions. You would be considered for a 13 month bonus. The ideal candidate has extremely strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to simplify daily processes. Must be available to work 9am – 5pm EST. “On a daily basis review and distribution of loan documents, in addition to creating deal presentations for lenders. We are looking for someone who can carefully and methodically organize these documents in a manner that allows for quick and easy access by the team. Additionally, you will implement a system that keeps track of documents that have been requested, received, and sent.”

The ideal candidate will…
• Organize documents in an efficient manner
• Maintain real-time updates to the sales pipeline through the company’s CRM – ZOHO knowledge a plus.
• Add and update contact information for affiliates and third parties
• Provide scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
• Support the team by providing reminders of follow up dates and deadlines
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
• Create reports and presentations of markets and properties
• Contribute to marketing efforts through the organization of contact lists that will be used for email campaigns
• Employ excellent written communication skills through deal summaries, projects, and marketing
• Greet and assist visitors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the business by providing creative and productive ideas

Desired Qualifications:
• Real Estate Underwriting and/or Finance experience (minimum 2 years)
• Prior administrative experience (minimum 2 years)
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Marketing experience
• ZOHO CRM experience is a plus
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Desire to work in a tight-knit team environment
