JOB OVERVIEW

The role involves supporting Customers over Live Chat to increase sales. A personable approach is essential in order to provide a high level of customer service when handling orders. The role will also involve being a point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they may have.

This role is for 4pm-12am UK time and will require a high level of Independence and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment and possess accurate IT Upgrade to see actual infoesales or customer service experience is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role involves managing incoming sales requests from new and existing customers. Primarily, this includes answering
the website Live Chat promptly. But may also include answering emails around prices, stock availability, delivery times,
account queries and technical support questions & any other questions related to the buying experience.
• From time to time, you may be required to make outbound calls to generate more business. Should you be required to do
so, your shift will start from 1pm UK time during those days.
• You will communicate progress with the customer in a confident and professional manner to ensure they are fully updated.
• Ensure all documentation is raised in a timely manner and filed in the correct place.
• Using CRM systems to manage customer expectations & queries.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated confident individual with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience in using an order processing and stock management system is desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills are vital for this high paced role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• The ability to interact in a confident, polite and professional manner when dealing with difficult customers on the
telephone, email & live chat.
• Have a good level of mathematical ability.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work both in a team and using own initiative.
• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
