JOB OVERVIEW

This position requires great customer service skills. Will need to be able to interact with US customers fluently.
- Answer phones and direct customers to proper solution/destination
- Help with customer tech support requests
- Help customer with answering billing questions
- Work with our software to create customer accounts.
- Work with docusign to send agreements to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding various issues with their system.
- Computer, electronics, technical knowledge a huge plus.
- Will require a computer and smart phone to answer phones
