Residential Interior/Exterior Designer/Drafter

We remodel homes in Indianapolis, IN. I often get asked to provide design packages for owners that will show color palettes for interior and exterior paint, door knobs style/finish, tile for kitchen backsplashes/bathroom floors/bathtub walls, door styles, etc.

I'm looking for someone that can do two things:
1) Use a photo and measurement (provided by me) to create a rendering of the exterior and/or interior rooms of the house
2) Provide design ideas for colors that would look good on the house, and certain finishes (example: 5-panel doors vs 2-panel doors, brushed nickel door knobs vs oil-rubbed bronze knobs, door levers vs knobs)

We need this for about 1 house per month.
