Experienced Podcast Manager Needed

Experienced Podcast manager needed. I'm starting a podcast (all virtual through zoom) I need someone that would be in charge of the following:

- Reaching out to potential guest (I'll help also)
- Coordinating
- Editing Podcast
- Publishing
