Need Virtual Assistant for Email Business

I am looking to hire a full time employee (part-time at first for training) to establish and set up several Getresponse accounts. I will need the accounts created, a new email created and an assigned proxy server to log in to each account. From there I will need you to upload the auto responders into each account. I am looking for someone who speaks good english so we can communicate well with one another. Only qualified individuals apply.
