Recruitment Resourcer

We are a UK based recruitment company that is hiring for a full-time Recruitment Resourcer. The successful applicant must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally sourcing from the UK and European markets. A good understanding of the contract market is ideal, but not essential. You must be willing to work UK business hours or at least a large part of the day.

Your role will be to source candidates from the IT, eCommerce and digital marketing industries. Previous knowledge of these industries would be highly advantageous. You will be expected to use different resourcing methodologies and report to the Talent Manager in Upgrade to see actual infoitially, you will only be expected to resource, but as you grow into the role, your recruitment responsibilities will increase.

Requirements:

Previous recruitment resourcing experience, ideally within the UK and European markets
Must be willing to work UK business hours
The ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Comfortable working under pressure and adhering to strict deadlines
Extensive social media network, especially on LinkedIn
Capable of taking initiative and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking
A good grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
