We are a property management and cleaning business operating in the serviced accommodation sector hosting guests via Airbnb and similar online portals.

The following is a sample of duties required from a part time VA.

Working with google sheets and importing data from various portals to produce client end of month statements.

Working with google sheets to produce monthly metrics including profit and loss numbers.

Working with google sheets and bank statements for multiple bank accounts to produce bank reconciliation.

Working with Google sheets, Zoho invoice and automations such as Zapier to quality check invoices and sheets being created by automation software.

Additional tasks required that you could help with if interested:

Communicating with guests and online via Airbnb and other portals.

Basic social media management.
