Amazing CSR for our E-commerce sites:

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with Amazon experience who can do the following tasks:
- Manage and run our Amazon account.
- Product Research & Listing
- Upload products in bulk
- Inventory Management
- Ordering products from manufacturers
- Order Processing & Repricing
- Confirm Shipments & Tracking
- Authorize Returns
- Opening and managing seller support tickets
- Sponsored ads
- List products on Brand Registry
- Manage account health
- Monthly profitability reporting
- Optimized Feedback Service
- Customer Service & Support for all Big Commerce websites and Amazon.
- Email marketing - mostly follow up on past customers via email and call them only when necessary.

Moreover, as an amazing CSR, we are expecting you to have the following:
- Experience with seller central, vendor central, and Amazon Advertising Platform
- Strong focus and desire to drive profitable growth on the Amazon platform and Big Commerce sites.
- With good written and oral communication skills.
- Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team as well as independently
- Self-motivated, a “doer” and results-driven
- Creative spirit and can-do attitude
- Works with integrity

Zoho CRM experience is a plus, but not required (should be willing to learn).

Salary: $3-$3.5 per hour (Negotiable depending on experience)
