Telesales Closer

Looking for experienced Telesales Closers to join our team of home based Filipino employees!

Interviews will be conducted in person by the client himself at the following locations:

Inoza Tower 40th Street, Taguig, Metro Manila and
T-Hub 339 CMS Building, Mac Arthur Highway, Angeles City, Pampanga

If you are not located near the area, you can have your interview done online but please note that priority is given to those who can meet the client in person.

Responsibilities:
Speak to potential customers directly by phone
Close sales and achieve your monthly quota
Play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years BPO/call center experience
Must be a professional telesales closer
Must have proven record of met quota
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and stress
Ability and willingness to undergo training
Good problem solving and negotiation skills
Possesses an energetic and professional demeanor
Can work under minimal supervision
Well-organized and self-motivated

Technical Requirements:
Must have at least 5mbps reliable wired internet connection
- Must be DSL or Fiber (NOT wireless broadband)
Reliable laptop or desktop computer with at least 4GB RAM
Back up internet connection and computer is a plus
Must have a USB headset for VOIP calling with noise canceling feature
A quiet working environment

Rate and Working Hours:
P40,000-80,000 per month basic salary + commissions & incentives
PST work hours
6.5 hours per day only
