Hiring Manager with WordPress Knowledge

Hi there!

We are a WordPress company and we're looking for someone to be our hiring manager. This job will start at 2 hours a day Monday - Friday. As we get more busy, the position will grow into 8 hours a day.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Creating new job posts for our company
- Reviewing job applications for high quality candidates
- Conducting interviews with candidates over email, live chat, and sometimes Skype.
- Keep all interviewed candidates and resumes organized and properly tagged in our system so that we can easily find good candidates who have applied.

Because you will be reviewing WordPress applicants, it's important that you have great WordPress experience and can tell a good quality WordPress developer from a low quality WordPress Upgrade to see actual info order to apply for this position:
