Customer Support Specialist

Looking for customer service and sales representative for an established online retail company. The job involved two duties. The first duty will be managing the incoming customer requests over the phone and through email. The second duty will be to make phone calls to a list of industry specific leads and ask to email them information about the company's product offerings. Ideal candidate would speak American English well and have a warm personality. Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
