JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Virtual Assistant to conduct operational management with 15 of my AirBnb apartments in Los Angeles.
Main responsibilities:
- Charge credit cards online using system Stripe;
- Utilizing different strategies in terms of pricing using Uplisting ( sync platform );
- Providing customer support via the phone and Uplisting;
- Create Profit & Loss statements at the end of the month using all the available data per each separate listing;
- Utilize different functions of the "Stripe" system. "Stripe" is an online payment platform.
- Send out instructions every morning to the potential guest;
- Communicate with the cleaning crew;
- Bookkeeping;


You will go through a few days preparation online. I will teach you every aspect.
