RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in Customer Service for any US account (Phone Support).
2. Experience in Social Media management/moderation.
3. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
4. Versatile: Willingness to be assigned to different tasks.
5. Ability to learn new systems and tools.
6. Knowledge in Ring Central and Time Doctor (preferred but not required).
7. Full-time position and must be available to work from 10 PM - 7 AM PH Time, Monday – Friday.
*There is a 3-month probationary period, which could lead to a long term opportunity depending on performance.
