JOB OVERVIEW

We have a vacancy available right now within our company for the position of Operations Coordinator.

The successful applicant would need to be:
• Very good at math and spreadsheets
• Expert level in spoken and written English
• Have at least 3 years of related experience
• Open minded and have a positive attitude to learn new skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and diligent

Duties:
1. Controls inventory
2. Manages listings
3. Sets up new marketplace
4. Handles billings
5. Addresses issues on listings for all marketplaces
6. Creates deals
7. Monitors cost and margin
8. Manages project in terms of making work assignments, tracking progress, writing progress reports and trouble-shooting issues that arise on a daily basis, and
9. Performs other tasks as needed

This is a full time vacancy and will require 40 hrs per week, thus you must not have another job. The successful applicant will need to work from 8am Arizona time - 5pm Arizona time while getting a break for a meal from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Arizona time.
