Looking for Real Estate Virtual Assistance that can help us with clients within United States.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVEs/BEs):
. Flexible and reliability Upgrade to see actual inforeer oriented.
. Reliable (fast) internet connection.
. Quick learner and independent.
. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
. Skype and Hangouts; Gmail account and Chrome is required as well.
. MUST have 3 months+ experience on Real Estate relatable positions.
. MUST have experience with Podeo or any other CRM system
. MUST speak fluent English with American accent.


DAILY MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Help our client to qualify and filter possible leads
2. Receive phone calls from potential leads as well as cold calling skip-traced numbers
3. Text Message Potential leads
4. Interact with Leads over Facebook and other social media platforms
5. Set up appointments for client to see properties


SCHEDULE and PAYMENT:
. The scheduled will be discussed upon interviewing. More likely, it will be 40 hours per week.
. Payment is around 15,000 to 20,000 PHP depending on experience

WHO ARE WE:
. We hire virtual assistants to help our clients to facilitate their daily activities as described above. Our main focus is real estate but we will add other branches as we will begin to expand.
