WordPress DIVI Assistant

We are a digital marketing agency with a focus on the healthcare market. We are looking for someone who can contribute to our fast-paced digital team. Everyday tasks are assigned and managed in Asana, and typically deal with editing WordPress websites using the DIVI theme and basic Photoshop skills. Basic to intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail is a MUST. As you continue to grow in the role, new tasks and trainings will become available based on your competencies and eagerness to learn.
This is a remote job position; you will be expected to work a full 8 hours per day in your local time zone. Employee activity is monitored via Asana. During your initial probationary period, you will be expected to be available one day a week for a 2-hour phone conference during US business hours (CST.)

Expectations:
Ability to Follow Step-by-Step Instructions
Complete and Log Tasks using Asana
Capability to handle ongoing, larger projects in-between daily tasks and tickets
Report On Weekly Tasks, Confusions, and Feedback

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
Familiarity with WordPress & Project Management Systems
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
Team Player Who Works Well Independently
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
Microphone and Webcam for Training/Weekly Updates
Quiet Workspace with Computer and Internet Access
Must have Fiber Internet Connection
Ability to work between 9AM and 4PM CST for the first two weeks, and Available one day per week until 10:30AM CST During Probationary Period

You should be highly self-motivated and ready to prove that you can take on any new training or task tossed your way technical competencies will be trained on-the-job as needed to ensure execution is performed the company’s specific Upgrade to see actual infopensation & Benefits:
