Greetings from New York City!

I am looking for a marketing assistant to help run a new social media-focused marketing campaign for my personal injury law firm located in The Bronx, New York. Our firm is made up of three attorneys, consisting of my father, who started our practice 40 years ago, myself, the oldest son, and my middle brother. My youngest brother is actually finishing law school next year and will be joining the firm, so you can definitely say we are a true family of lawyers.

Our law practice focuses on representing serious injury victims of all types of accidents, as well as medical malpractice. We are a colorful bunch, with my father still practicing full-time, and my brothers and I being in our 20's in our 30's, it is a truly great office to be a part of. We are an extremely loving family that works extremely hard, and loves to celebrate as well.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is intelligent, energetic and is a fast learner. This person needs to be proficient in the English language, especially in their writing and grammar. We are looking to give this person as much responsibility as they can handle, and eventually train them to run our entire marketing operation. This would include maintaining, organizing and helping to create all form of social media content in three major areas: Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.

The Marketing Assistant will be in charge of posting daily content, and assisting the attorneys with the creation, population, and transmittal of such content onto our firm's Facebook, Youtube and Instagram pages/channels. We are looking for someone to help us grow our social media presence while offering insightful, interesting, and professional content, all of which with our brand of humor.

The Assistant will be responsible for posting on our law firm Facebook page, website page, Youtuve Channel, and Instagram Page. The Assistant will be asked to constantly be on the lookout for new, interesting topics for photo, video and graphic design content on all social media outlets.

With regards to Facebook Ads, the Assistant will be asked to manage daily performance, accept new members of our new Traumatic Brain Injury Support & Awareness official Facebook group, and offer assistance to new and current members.

The Assistant will also be asked to help run our Paid Facebook Ads, assistnt in audience targeting, and keyword usage. The Assistant would ultimately, once the entire Marketing plan is established, help coordinate multiple Facebook paid-ads we will be running, involving eBooks, Videos and other "bait" in order to target clients in and around New York City, by collecting emails, following up on constant contact, and pushing them into our Facebook Group, as well as Youtube Page.

The Assistant will be responsible to help with sending daily emails from our firm, uploading Youtuve videos daily with descriptions, posting them to our Facebook Page, and ensuring the whole process is running smoothly and that we never run out of daily content

Proficiency in Click Funnels, Constant Contact, and Facebook Business Page and Ad management would be preferable.
