Shirt Design

I need someone who has experience in this area. He should be very independent and creative. He has to be able to orientate himself to other designs without asking every time.

He should find ideas himself and be creative. They should also be familiar with the laws and know what they cannot use and what is prohibited from Upgrade to see actual info the long term, I want someone who will also earn more later.
