Assistant Construction Project Manager / Architectural Draftsman

Take initial concept sketches of new homes, additions, remodels, and decks through completion of construction/permit drawings
- Coordinate with engineers/surveyors/plans examiners for building permit acquisition
- Verify all drawings match, including floor plans, foundation plans, framing plans, engineering, and truss calculations
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet design
- Build cabinet orders in online for Project Manager to place order
Lumber, siding, windows, and doors take-off
Subcontractor Project Contract management
- Ensure Project Contracts have correct scope of work, and that pricing is accurate
- Distribute PC’s and ensure receival of all signed agreements
- Ensure PC’s are fully executed, return to subcontractors, and file
Subcontractor project bidding
- Distribute scopes of work and plans
- Ensure receival of all subcontractor bids
Construction Schedule updates from Project Manager
- Distribute to all effected subcontractors
Client Proposal writing
Client selections management

Social Media Posting
- Twice daily on FB and IG with project photos
