Onboarding Specialist (US Staffing)

The Recruiter is responsible for the life cycle of candidates from sourcing to onboarding. This role involves heavy calls and multitasking, MS Excel knowledge and ability to creatively market who we are, what we do why we are in this service business.

Job Responsibilities:
• Pre-screen and source applicants (call, text, email)
• Assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation etc.
• Applies strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels, techniques and technologies, inclusive of social media
• Real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
• Consistent follow through via call, email, and text to complete candidate documentation and onboarding
