JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Weedmaps, Google, and Social Media in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Develop and execute a strategy to acquire backlinks that will positively impact organic search visibility
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Analyze competitor backlinks
• Analyze and ensure a healthy backlink profile
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Concentrating on producing Internet content that's going to get optimal results with search engines
• Increasing ranking and relevance of websites by acquiring high-quality link placements on websites with good PA/DA scores
• Tracking and evaluating the performance of organic keywords in major search engines
• Monitoring daily search engine health, traffic or assigned websites
• Keeping abreast of the latest SEO off-page strategies and commercial methods
• Providing feedback on how to create more linkable assets
• Using web-based tools to submit multiple business listings (citations)
• Providing recommendations to improve overall digital marketing efforts to help increase the client’s online profile
• Assisting the company in other SEO-related campaigns
• Push email outreach campaigns for link building and influencer marketing.
• Research industry-related topics to the client. Create an article outline for writers.
• Qualify websites for potential link opportunities
• Work closely with the internal SEO, and Content Team to execute the strategy
• Conduct keyword research and selection for SEO projects based on client needs
• Coordinate with content providers to consistently deliver SEO content-related outputs.
• Must be familiar with SEMRush and Ahrefs or other related SEO Tools

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Must also be very disciplined and organized on maintenance
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
