We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant.
The Admin Assistant will help us to create and maintain a proper work environment to optimize our organizational effectiveness, communication and organization of systems and processes.
The responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and submitting client reports, organizing travel for the CEO and completing a low level of editing of professional documents.

• Organize office operations and procedures and schedule meetings and appointments
• Interact with our team members to receive their queries about issues or concerns

• Schedule and set up ZOOM meetings with our dentist/clients
Required Skills/Experience
• 1+ years' experience of working as an Administrative Assistant. (Similar experience considered)
• Good experience with office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Good practical experience with and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Google Mail (gmail), GoogleDrive, ASANA, etc.

• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
