As a Booking Channel Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to OTA Support Messages, including Airbnb Support messages
- Managing Airbnb Resolution Center Claims
- Tracking and recording Airbnb Resolution transactions
- Responding to Expedia,
- Refunding Cancelled Bookings
- Charging Expedia Reservations
- Chasing Past Balance Dues
- Open communication with your team lead and Director of Operations
- Set Guest / Client First as a priority
- Develop thorough knowledge of all unit locations, unit rates, and amenities.
- Closely adhere to company guidelines
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by company
- Must be fluent in English
