We are looking for someone that can help us to manage our accounting records.
Basic Requirements/Experiences:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- English C2
- Data Entry
- Professional Communication
- Analytical
- Critical Thinking
- Organized
- Accounting Degree
- QuickBooks/Accounting Program
Responsibilities:
-Basically you will take bank statements from 1st of year to end of year for both personal and business
- Being able to communicate with clients and other professional on a wide range of issues, complaints, connections, issue resolving.
- Confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Data entry into multiple systems, maintain inventory, adding new products to our record books, and overview of all products/information
- Be able to create outreach/marketing material and maintain shared folders up-to-date for all our employees to access
- Communicate and delegate tasks to team members
- Check documents daily, new imported products, sales and prices
- Familiar with Quickbooks or other accounting software
-Training must be provided.
- Must be a degree holders
