**Creative Web Designer VA Needed ASAP**

My name is Petros and I run an international dropshipping business that sells products worldwide.

I am currently looking for a Creative Web Designer VA to join my growing team.

Your role will include:

- Designing creatives for new products on website
- Designing creatives for the brand's social channels (Facebook, Instagram)
- Designing high-converting, engaging photos & videos for Facebook Ads
- Communicate with the team's Facebook Ads Specialist for changes/optimization on creatives whenever needed
- Suggesting improvements on website to improve conversion rate
- Stay on the know and implement creative, fresh ideas that can make our ads & brand stand out from the competition

For your skills and qualifications, you must:

- Pay attention to detail
- Be a fast learner
- Be able to work with little to no management
- Have great time management skills
- Have excellent knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software
- Have great video editing skills
- Understand consumer psychology and design engaging, high-converting creatives
