Video Creator & Editor / Website Content Editor / Social Media Publication

I am looking for someone to be my full time webmaster for my real estate website that will be responsible for creating videos to be published on Youtube. Those videos will then need to be pushed out to the various Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, blog etc) and our real estate website will need pages will need to be updated to include the new videos.

This person needs to have the knowledge and skill to be able to create quality video intros, outros, combine A Roll & B Roll footage to create quality / stunning videos utilizing audio, titles, transitions, elements and effects and be able to use a video editing program like Filmora9 and photo editing program like Canva. Additional job duties will include maintaining the 1000s of webpages on the real estate website to clean them up and make sure they are consistent across the website. Some basic HTML / Web Content Editor knowledge would be helpful for this.

Reliable Internet with a fast connection is required. The time of day that you work would not matter too much as long as you are able to communicate with me for instructions between 9am and 9pm EST. I am looking to spend around $500 USD / mo to start with for this position with the opportunity to grow. Full time would be ideal. This would be a long term position.

Must have a computer that can run Video Editing Programs like Filmora9

Processor : Intel i3 or better multicore processor, 2GHz or above
RAM : At least 3GB physical RAM (8GB required for HD and 4K videos)
Screen Resolution : 1366*768 or better
Disk : At least 2GB free hard-disk space for installation (SSD-Solid State Disk recommended for editing HD and 4K videos)
Internet : Internet connection is necessary for software registration and access to online services like Filmstocks.
