JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking Live Answer Customer Service Agents for a position in our company.

You should have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. You will be detail-oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. Have excellent communication skills both oral and written. Will learn our product offering in a timely manner and impart both products and service knowledge in a customer-friendly way which signifies my ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

We are looking for individuals that have remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Well versed in all the Microsoft Office suite Upgrade to see actual infon learn new applications quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, be proficient at:
• Phone, Email and Customer Support
• Excelling at balancing multiple tasks within independent, self- starting environments while providing top-level organization and communication skills
• Assertive but polite when it comes to product or service endorsement
• Successful completion of projects involving research and preparation of reports for management
• Multifaceted liaison with senior management and client
