- Candidate will be using a call sheet that will be provided to them that includes multifamily apartment owner names and contact info. Candidate will be calling these leads and act as initial contact to finding owners who are interested in potentially selling their apartment property.
- Candidate will work off of script provided to them but also have the ability to add-lib and qualify the prospect by asking a set of question and logging it in the lead’s profile
- Updating the Podio CRM database with any call notes.
- Candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective sellers so that company principals can follow up with a call/meeting.
