Virtual Assistant - Experienced project planner and QA

Are you an experienced planner who can check projects are delivered within time and to the highest standard, with impeccable English? If yes, read on!

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Create and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns
- Track completion of projects
- Perform quality assurance on deliverables
- Use many (many!) online SaaS tools

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- You're able to use online planning tools such as Monday, Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.
- Your English is excellent (written and verbal)
- You have excellent communication skills, making sure there's no confusion within the team
- You have superb organisational skills (since we have many projects running concurrently)
- Your attention to detail is exemplary (as all deliverables need to be QA'd, including user flow, pages, text, images, videos, etc)

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable desk and chair for uninterrupted working, with reliable computer or laptop
- Headset for internal team audio calls
- High-speed Internet connection
- Backup internet connection for unforeseen outages
- Working hours preferably aligned to UK time zone (but a special agreement may be made for an outstanding portfolio and work ethic)
