GENERAL COPYWRITER

We are looking for a General Copywriter with experience in any 2 or 3 of the following fields.

Sales Copywriting
• Text on adverts
• Advertorials online or in magazines
• Product descriptions and category descriptions
• Ability to tap into an audience’s subconscious, understanding what will appeal to them, and to write creatively and persuasively.
• Ability to synthesize a lot of information into a handy and easy-to-digest package
• Masters the art of writing sales copy without sounding "salesy".

SEO copywriting
• Web content
• Product descriptions
• Need to have strong research skills to employ creativity and insight
• Ensuring the right terms are in there

Web Content Copywriting
• Blog posts
• Articles
• Social media
• Need to be able to tell a story through products or around the key service/offering
• Write to build relationships with your potential and established an audience.
• Give readers something insightful, useful and interesting
• Insightful content could be ‘how-tos’ and tutorials, engaging articles and tips, research/news-led content, infographics and videos.

Technical Copywriting
• White papers
• In-depth industry guides

Creative copywriting
• Jingles and commercials
• Understands buyer psychology and be able to think fast and come up with slogans and turns of phrase that can become cultural references.

Other requirements
1. We need someone who can do 4 hours of free trial/shadowing so we can better assess your skills.
2. Flexible and open to different work schedules (shifting)
3. Available for at least 20 hours per week or more.
4. Has a wired stable internet connection with at least 10 MBPS.
5. Has a noise-canceling headset and a webcam for interviews and meetings.
6. Able to communicate in English.
