Our goal is to transform the financial landscape with an open access financial network that merges traditional banking with cryptocurrency platforms. We want to help developers and entrepreneurs develop their fintech ideas quicker and easier. We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistant to join help in writing our knowledgebase. The ideal candidate for this job will need a strong understanding of knowledgebase content creation and delivery and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the customer-facing knowledge base and learning center, both in terms of design and content.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Work independently to complete knowledgebase content and contribute to enhancing Sila’s end-user web support experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience with complex business software and processes
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in writing software documentation and self-service content.
Professional working proficiency in English; including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
Excellent writing skills
Unreserved and highly communicative
Highly attentive to details
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Computer literate and highly competent in virtual communication
Strong time management and organizational skills
Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Previous experience working in a knowledge base environment preferred

Experience with Intercom Knowledgebase
Experience with Software Development and APIs
Experience with CMS and/or Knowledge-based systems
Experience with developer audience
