JOB OVERVIEW

What's The Job?

We are looking for a full-time remote working customer service (email) agent to join our hotel booking business. Your role will be to handle our email communication with guests looking to make inquiries and bookings at our properties around the world.

This position is a full time and remote role and you will be working with a small team. This role is email support only. There is no phone support required.

Responsibilities Include;
1 - Responding to email inquiries from guests looking to book hotels
2 - Booking guests and managing the listing details on the hotel portals
3 - Business development tasks to help grow the business
4 - Keeping our booking system up to date
5 - Liaising with hotels over email and instant messenger to confirm bookings

Skills Required:
1 - Comfortable and confident communicating in English
2 - Experience in customer support
3 - Ideally some critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4 - Fast and stable internet as you will be working remotely
5 - Able to work night shift
