Customer Support:
- Respond to clients' inquiries via
- Follow up with clients' communication. *Replies are done in less than 24 hours.
- Clients scheduling through Square
- Reply to all forms of communications: clients, colleagues, co-facilitators, collaborators, etc
Social Media:
- Management of FB and IG followers interactions
- Weekly management, scheduling and content-post execution on FB and IG
- Set-up weekly
Events:
- Post Events on
- Create Event Campaigns on Mailchimp
Marketing:
- Promote events on FB groups, IG, Meetup, other local sites.
- Media Communication: Reach out to local media, podcasts, and summits offering specific interview topics.
- Promote offerings in different online venues.
Administration:
- Organize clients files
- Organize events files
- Invoicing clients through Square
Graphic:
- Experience with Canva
Bookkeeping:
Optional, if you have experience with bookkeeping that would be awesome!
