We are currently seeking a full-time (work at home) live chat agent to join our team.
This is a remote role, working for our existing live messaging business:
tawk.to is the 2nd largest business chat application in the world, with over 1,000,000+ active business users globally.
We're looking to hire smart, reliable chat agents with a high level of English proficiency to assist with both technical support and customer service.
Answer customer queries through chat
Support multiple clients
Engage with website visitors, answer general FAQs
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience as a Live Chat Support is an advantage
Preferably someone with expeirence working as a CSR, Sales Agent or Chat Support
Stable Internet connection
Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated, and confident working independently
