JOB OVERVIEW

The USA based Ecommerce company looks for Operations Manager. Main responisibilities are:
-Customer Service (Email + Chat + Phone),
-Closing Sales opportunities with leads provided by the company,
-Reconcilliating Accounts after closed sales,
-Reporting to the team,
-Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 4 PM - 12 AM ET (5 AM - 1 PM PHT),
-Cooperating with the executives to manage day to day operations in the company.


We are looking for:

-Perfect fluency in English- speaking and writing (being able to discuss technical details of the product, handling damages and advising customers),
-Experience with selling & closing on the phone (commission bonus system) - needed for inbound calls and abandoned checkouts,
-Fast internet connection for CallHippo (20Mps+),
-Good knowledge of SHOPIFY, ASANA, SLACK, G-SUITE,
-Knowledge of Klavyio, Wave would be a plus,
-Can-do mindset, sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
