Marvvy, a direct-commerce marketing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative for immediate full-time hire to provide customer care support for one of its brands, the Hypnosis Training Academy (HTA). HTA is an internationally recognized hypnosis training organization with over a decade of expertise in providing high-level training resources for all levels of hypnotherapists, hypnotists, and hypnosis enthusiasts in many different countries.

About the role

This long term role will work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor and is expected to:

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, figuring out the cause of the problem, explaining the solution, and/or getting help to fix the customer issue as needed.
‘Read’ customers and use ‘positive language’
Prioritize communication and the needs of the customer first
Know how to manage time properly between tasks
Know how to follow instructions, and ask questions when instructions are not clear

Our ideal candidate

2-3 years of proven customer support experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Consistency and efficiency in work & reliability
Excellent English written communication skills
Patience
Problem Solving Skills and Resolving Conflict
Analyzing information
Multi-tasking and with attention to detail
Knowledge of Infusionsoft, Chargebee & Active Campaign is an advantage

Workstation Requirements

Mac or PC with at least 8GB of RAM and stable Internet connection

Work Arrangements:

This is an online role that requires 40 hours a week with a 9-hour block availability (including one-hour off for lunch) from Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Manila Time.
