JOB OVERVIEW

Summary:
We’re an exciting organisation with a lean operation and scalable business. As such, we’re looking for new driven members to join our team and help transform our organisation to the next level.

We are offering a starting wage of 200USD/month for a full-time employee, however will increase this over time depending on the performance and experience of the candidate. Employees would also be entitled to a monthly bonus pay-out depending on the performance of the business and more importantly the employee.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Customer services – responding to customers and the liaising with suppliers
• Process return shipping labels for customers
• Execute a daily checklist to ensure operations are running smoothly
• Perform data entry tasks as-needed
• Strategy of store management

Skills:
• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving skills
