IMMEDIATE HIRE: Full Time SEO Assistant with Good English Writing Skills Wanted. Weekly Pay + Bonuses + Sick/Holiday

I’m hiring a full-time SEO assistant to work with my marketing company. (Social Media and SEO).

Requirements:
- Internet with minimum 15MB download and 5MB upload speed
- Personal home computer
- You must speak and understand written and spoken English.
- Your hours are tracked with TIME DOCTOR!

ABOUT ME (Johnny):
- I provide various social services ( including SEO)
- I provide promotion and seo services
- I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same
- I am very loyal and respectful to my employees (some employees have been with me for more than 3 years)
- I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)

JOB DUTIES: You don't have to know any of those atm , I'll provide tutorials for each of them and you'll learn them.
- Create seo backlinking campaigns
- Keyword Research
- Setup and manage of posting apps like Upgrade to see actual info
- Some tasks are repetitive daily, some aren’t
- Do online research
- Forum thread posting
- Customer support
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice) Your hours are tracked with Time Doctor!
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
- 5% Sallary increase every 3 months. After the first 6 months.

SALARY:
